Was engaged by the town of Fairfield, Connecticut to oversee the removal and mitigation of PCBS from a 30 acre land area to enable construction of a new railroad station and parking lot with an emphasis of maintaining budget and schedule.
Condominium Construction

As owner’s rep, oversaw construction of a 21 story condo and museum facility on 5th avenue in New York City. Interfaced with Architect Robert Stern and Contactrator Bovis Lendlease Construction.
Holy Child
Rye, NY
Acted as probono owners rep on a second floor addition to Holy Child Girls School in Rye, New York. Managed to add 20,000sqft second floor without any classroom closures.
Burlington and South Shore Malls
Massachusetts
Oversaw the addition of second floors of the Burlington and South Shore Malls in the Boston area. Added 126,000sqft to burlington and 160,000sqft of retail to south shore plaza. No stores were closed due to construction activities.
City Place
West Palm Beach, FL
As owner’s rep and senior vp for the related companies was responsible for the development and construction of a 40 acre mixed use project previously called city place in west palm beach florida. Currently called rosemary square, project completed on time and within budget.
Oversaw the renovation and conversion of a desanctified church to a performance hall and retail use.
St. John the Divine
New York, NY
Serving as a construction consultant for the cathedral St. John the Divine in New York City. Collaborated with Architect and Engineers in the design and reroofing of the main dome of the 105 year old cathedral which involved delicate methods to avoid damage to this, the largest cathedral in the USA.
St. Regis Hotel

As owner’s rep, oversaw the gut renovation of the 175 room St. Regis Hotel and fine dining restaurant in Washington D.C. which continued to remain open throughout the renovation process.

As owners rep, oversaw construction of a Fortunoff department store, whole foods and other retail facilities in White Plains New York.
Environmental
Stamford, CT
Oversaw the removal of intensive PCB contamination in a 600,000 sqft manufacturing facility in Stamford, CT.
Deerfield Residence
Greenwich, CT
As partner and overseer, did a gut renovation of a 6,000 sqft home in Greenwich CT, sold for $2.4million.

Owners rep for the construction of a $10 million – 10,000sqft home in Rye New York.
